Gas Processing Infrastructure

In its structure the Company has gas processing plants located in Samara region (Otradnenskiy GPP and Neftegorskiy GPP), in Orenburg region (RN-Buzulukskoye GPC) and in the Republic of Bashkortostan (Tuimazinskoye GPC and Shkapovskoye GPC). These facilities process associated petroleum gas and unstable gas condensate, producing a wide range of high‑value products.

Otradnenskiy & Neftegorskiy GPP

These plants process associated petroleum gas supplied from Samaraneftegaz and technological hydrocarbons from Orenburgneft. Product range includes:

  • Lean dry gas
  • Ethanoic fraction
  • Natural gas liquids
  • Technical gas lump sulfur
711.6 mcm processed 361.8 mcm lean dry gas 357.3 K tons NGL

A comprehensive program of technical upgrade and replacement of outdated equipment is underway to improve production efficiency and safety.

RN-Buzulukskoye GPC

Made up of two separate production sites (Pokrovskaya gas processing facility and Zaikinskoye GPC), processing associated petroleum gas and unstable gas condensate from Orenburgneft.

2019 production:

  • 853.4 mcm combustible dry gas
  • 97.5 K tons technical propane‑butane
  • 36.5 K tons automobile propane‑butane
  • 57.1 K tons technical propane
  • 44.4 K tons technical butane
  • 60.4 K tons stable gas gasoline
  • 4.7 K tons sulfur

Tuimazinskoye & Shkapovskoye GPC

These plants process associated petroleum gas from Bashneft-Dobycha and natural gas liquids (purchased and own production). Product range includes technical propane-butane, automobile propane, isobutane fraction, normal butane fraction, and stable gas gasoline.

International Projects

Most of our international exploration activities were concentrated with Standard Petroleum holding 60% as project operator and INPEX CORPORATION holding 40%. 3D seismic surveys were conducted within the approved exploration program, with a fourth well drilled to completion at the large discovered field, producing a commercial flow of dry crude oil.
